Dr Theophilus Kwesi Mensah is a Ghanaian artist and educator. He was born in Dunkwa-on- Offin in the Centralregion of Ghana. He had his teacher training education at Komenda Teacher Training College, Komenda from 1996 to 1999.He continued his education at University of Education, Winneba (2002-2006) where he studied Painting and Sculpture, majoring in Painting in his final year. Through hard work and dedication, his department recommended him for post-graduate studies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2007- 2010).
